Spotnup sells paid promotional placement for a fixed duration. Paying the entry price confirms a spot if inventory remains at payment time. Boost payments change ranking only during the booking window. Rank locks when the period goes live.

You are responsible for the link you submit. Spotnup may remove a listing that breaks the rules. Card payments are processed by the payment provider. Spotnup does not store card numbers. A failed payment does not confirm a spot.

External sites are not controlled by Spotnup. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected placement, to the extent the law allows. Spotnup may block links or hosts that violate these terms.
